We had a very relaxing and peaceful stay at Quinta Bella. The hosts were very friendly and hospitable but gave us all the privacy we wanted. For breakfast we were provided with a loaf of home baked Banana Bread, milk, cereal, and fresh fruit. Also, several choices of coffee,tea and also orange juice. We had everything we needed in the cabin. The cabin was very clean and cozy. It was my husband's birthday and there was a birthday card waiting on the table when we arrived! I found making reservations through guesthouses very easy and I am certain we will be calling on you again in the future. Thanks for following up! —DG 11/11

We were really impressed with the loaf of fresh bread that greeted us upon our arrival! We chatted with the host briefly, but she really wanted to give us space, which was very thoughtful. They had a basket and binder full of info about the local area and all its offerings. We were happy to learn about Ragged Mountain, where we spent a half-day hiking thanks to a brochure she had available. The cabin had nice bath and bed linens, and we loved the hot tub. It was nice that there was a microwave, refridgerator, and some simple kitchen supplies because we really liked not having to eat out every meal. It was really nice working out the details with Guesthouses by phone. Thanks for going the distance for us, it was a great destination and we will put out the word to friends and neighbors. —TW 11/11

We had a great time at the Quinta Bela Cottage. The farm was beautiful and so was the hospitality. We loved the horses and all the animals! The cabin was so cozy and nice, and the hot tub was a definite plus. We definitely plan on coming back here soon! The services at Guesthouses were excellent. I was contacted almost immediately after I put in a reservation online and they filled me in on all the details of the cottage as well as great info and attractions in the surrounding area. Gracious hospitality, excellent amenities in this historic log cabin. spotlessly clean upon our arrival, and delicious homemade banana bread and selection of fresh fruits and coffee and tea. Amazingly hospitable. We had just left DC and were worried because we were late for our "check in" time. We also know that many people in DC will charge you for being late. Well, Guesthouses was not only OK with the fact that we got in late, but they apologized to us for waiting. Wow, we were in the wrong and they still apologized that we had to wait. Not only that but when we called the host she made sure we had a key within 15 minutes. Just wow. The cottage was very very clean. I'm a little too tall for the bed in there at 6'3," but it was great anyway. It was stocked with more than just breakfast supplies - fresh fruit, milk, cereal. The office people were friendly and fast to respond to any problems we had. I was soo happy with our stay here. It was just a comfort to be surrounded by people with such good hearts. —CP 05/12
