The Quarters
A most fascinating place to stay if you want interesting decor with the privacy of your own entrance. The owners have furnished the home with a harmonious mixture of antiques and art objects. The guest suite consists of a sitting room with a fireplace and 2 bedrooms - 1 QUEEN bed and 1 SINGLE, with shared bath (Victorian footed tub, no shower). A couch in the sitting room opens to a double bed for additional family members. Walking distance to UVa and adjacent to fraternity row, it is especially convenient for University guests.

'host' went above and beyond the call to make me feel at home. She is a gracious and wonderful hostess and did everything she could to make my stay perfect. The accommodations were absolutely charming with many beautiful touches. The bed was a little firmer than I am used to but otherwise was very comfortable. Everything was immaculate.
We enjoyed breakfast thoroughly. Guesthouses did an excellent job of finding a location that was near my daughter's apartment. —EE 05/10
